About me
As a therapist working with individuals and couples in New York, I’m passionate about creating a safe, open space where you can explore your inner world and move toward meaningful change.
My approach is integrative and collaborative—tailored to meet your unique needs and grounded in the belief that you already hold many of the strengths and insights you need to heal and grow. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and multicultural and feminist perspectives.
At the core of my work is a warm, compassionate presence. I strive to offer an empathic, nonjudgmental environment where all parts of you are welcome, with deep respect for your intersecting identities and lived experiences.
